For many, 2020 was a year of change and will be considered as one for the record books. No one could fathom that in one year, we would see battered world economies, innumerable event cancellations, constant social and political upheavals, and of course, the global pandemic. A nine-year-old from Michigan summed it up as ‘[It’s] like looking both ways before crossing the street and then getting hit by a submarine.’ There may not have been a place or person on the planet that wasn’t touched in some way by COVID-19.

Even as we were confronted by an unprecedented amount of disruption as a country and as a company, our team members demonstrated incredible resilience in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. We may not have been able to celebrate together as we are accustomed to but saw it fit to recognize our team members for their continued dedication. What a year it was. 2020 will certainly be considered as a year of change.
