And just like that, another year is has come and gone. 2019 was an eventful year filled with conferences & trade shows, seminars, after work limes and everything else in between. There was always something happening at Servus. As the saying goes, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy; rest assured, life at Servus Limited was anything but dull. 

In the first quarter, Teams from the various sites and divisions got together for a carnival cooler competition. One thing that was not in short supply was creativity. The judges had a difficult time selecting a winner but, in the end, Team Albion Plaza got the edge over the Air Conditioning crew.  

As we began the second quarter, Servus joined the global FM community in celebrating World FM Day. FMs and OMs alike attended a training seminar conducted by Facility Management savant, Tyrel Melville. During the course of the day, the FMers were guided through a success Roadmap to Leading Mature Facility Teams. 

2019 also saw us exhibiting at TTMA’s 20th Trade and Investment Convention as well as Trinidad and Tobago’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce Facilities Management Conference and Expo. Both events kept our business development teams busy. 

Servus’ annual End of Year Function brought the curtain down on another successful year. The cocktail-styled event was well received as everyone in attendance sang nothing but praises to the event’s organizers.
