Servus Limited initiated its coveted MRI Champion Award in August 2016. Each month, all employees who are required to use Workspeed on a daily basis vied for the title of MRI Champion. What is MRI Workspeed one might ask? It is the cloud-based maintenance management system which is at the core of Servus’ Integrated Facilities Management Operations.

From service request tracking to preventive maintenance scheduling, Workspeed brings process improvements to staff and clients by combining the benefits of workflow automation, collaboration, and mobile communication. This powerful tool allows for end-to-end tracking, comprehensive workflows, and inactivity alerts ensure effective, transparent request fulfillment. Additionally, the free mobile application allows tenants to submit requests and allows our facility management staff to create, dispatch, accept, and complete requests on their mobile devices.

Each month, awardees gathered at Servus’ Head Office on Chancery Lane to receive their prize. In the end, Richard Barbour, who was also the champion for October, walked away with the title of MRI Champion 2016
